Offering the highest quality advice
We’re proud to have been awarded the prestigious ‘Chartered Financial Planner’ title by the Chartered Insurance Institute.
This title is only awarded to firms committed to developing and maintaining the expertise and capability of their people. Chartered firms must ensure that staff members acquire and retain the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver the highest quality advice, such as undertaking professional qualifications, keeping their skill-set up to date.
Committed to customer excellence and professionalism
Chartered status helps firms attract and retain the best staff. Talented professionals want to work for ambitious, principled organisations, and corporate Chartered status is a clear indicator of the professional standing of a potential employer.
All staff members who deal with customers belong to the industry’s professional body the Personal Finance Society (PFS), the dedicated financial planning arm of the CII Group, and adhere to its Code of Ethics, which is enforced through disciplinary sanctions.
A strict code of ethical practice
As a chartered firm, we must also follow a demanding code of ethical practice. This means we work in a principled manner that places our clients’ interests at the heart of the advice we give.
We are required to ensure that the advice, service and ongoing support we provide is based solely on your researched needs and is provided by someone operating within their level of competency.
